Get to the root!

The preparation is intended for use as a plant growth regulator and retardant on plantings of cereal and other agricultural crops.

General information

Advantages:

  • prevents drowning of cereal crops;
  • stimulates growth and expansion of the root system, strengthens the stem by reducing the length of internode and increasing stem diameter;
  • increases the number of productive stems;
  • has a positive effect of yield volume and quality;
  • creates favorable conditions for cropping.

Preparative form

Aqueous solution containing ethephon 480 g/l.

Storage conditions

Keep the preparation in a room dedicated for pesticide storage. Storage temperature range - minus 10⁰C to plus 35⁰C.

Action

Mechanism of action

The preparation penetrates the plant quickly and speeds up ethylene biosynthesis in plant tissues. Ethylene accumulation promotes growth of the root system and restrains stem grow, thus making it shorter, increasing thickness of 2nd and 3rd internodes and straw walls, and increasing the number of productive stems.

Protective period

During vegetation or storage period after treatment.

Speed of action

7 to 10 days after treatment.
