Mechanism of action
The preparation affects insects by inhibiting cholinesterases of the nervous system, thus causing cessation of nervous impulses, shutdown of nervous system functions, and then to paralysis and death of insect pests.
Protective period
For cereal crops - throughout the insect harmfulness period (from emergence stage to shooting stage). For cabbage - min. 14 days.
Speed of action
High - as for most organophosphorous insecticides.
Spectrum of action
Intrastalk pests, weevils, cabbage and turnip white butterflies, cabbage owl-moth, cabbage moth, bugs, stalk pests, sod webworm, pickleworm, cutworms, greenflies, March flies, Zabrus tenebrioides, etc.
Compatibility
The preparation is compatible with most neutral insecticides and fungicides, except copper containing ones.
Potential for resistance
To avoid resistance to the preparation, alternate it with insecticides from other chemical groups.
